# Logstash not logging data

I am having a weird error. I have a logstash pipeline that works from command line but when I set it up in pipelines.yml it wont work. And whats weird is that logstash is not logging anything in the /var/log/ folder. And yes I have checked permissions amongst other things. Nothing! Any idea?
