# Logstash not removing non running pipeline

I have 2 pipeline s running in one logstash via pipelines.yml file  
If I remove one pipeline from pipelines.yml that pipeline stays as a non running pipeline

and If I add that removed pipeline again in pipelines.yml its not starting up
