Logstash does not start on centos after the number of CPU's were increased. Not sure why it is not starting as it was working before the number of CPU's was increased for the VM. When i do "$service logstash status -l" i get the following message. I am only posting the message that shows up with a failure message

Active: failed (Result: start-limit) since Tue 2019-01-22
Process: 9838 ExecStart=/usr/share/logstash/bin/logstash --path.settings /etc/logstash (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
Failed to start logstash

How do i get it to work ?
Thanks
