# Logstash Not using environment proxy setting -- Authentication 407 error

Hi Team

Logstash 6.2 not using proxy setting of env as well as mentioned in configuration file:

-\> proxy =\> "[http://username:password@northproxy:4145](http://username:password@northproxy:4145)" in file.  
-\> export http\_proxy=http://username:password@northproxy:4145  
export https\_proxy=https://username:password@northproxy:4145

Need support urgent.
