# Logstash offline plugin installation-OpenTimeout

hi all  
I installed logstash-input-jmx on logstash-6.6.0 (installed on windows) successfully. now i want to install it on a server with no internet access. based on the ([https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/offline-plugins.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/offline-plugins.html)) following comand has been ran in the bin path of logstash:  
logstash-plugin prepare-offline-pack logstash-input-jmx  
but following error has been found in terminal:
