I understand, we can configure Logstash on Windows 7 or Windows 10 but can I run Logstash and its related plugins like Filebeat etc., on Windows server 2012 on Production efficiently?

Filebeat isn't a Logstash plugin. See [https://www.elastic.co/support/matrix](https://www.elastic.co/support/matrix) for supported operating systems.
