# Logstash on RHEL 8.x

Hi,

I would like to confirm if we can run Logstash on RHEL 8.x servers.  
Reading the Support Matrix ([https://www.elastic.co/pt/support/matrix](https://www.elastic.co/pt/support/matrix)) we can see RHEL 8.X is compatible with some recent components, like beats, but it doesn't refer to Logstash.
