# Logstash-plugin error: message: certificate verify failed

Hi  
trying to install perfmon input plugin on offline RHEL machine  
i installed it from an online machine , did pack  
then unpacked it at the offline machine  
trying to install it with  
bin/logstash-plugin install --no-verify --local logstash-input-perfmon.gem

getting the following error:

ERROR: Something went wrong when installing logstash-input-perfmon.gem, message: certificate verify failed

please help!
