# Logstash queue + kafka

Does it make sense to put persistent queue if i already have a kafka in front ?

I have logstash consuming my kafka. On this logstash i set up a queue of 50go, and everytime the queue get full.

I don't understand why ?  
Does it mean i don't consume fast enough ?
