# Logstash s3 input, ignore old files

Hello,

I'm setting up Logstash to pull in from an s3 bucket. Within this prefix there is a lot of files but I'm only interested in pulling data from this point forward. Is there a way to have Logstash ingest the data without starting from the beginning of the earliest file in the prefix?
