# Logstash shipper throwing socket error

When i am sending logstash events through logstash shipper to redis, getting below error. Kindly help me in fix this isse.

_exception=\>SocketError: initialize: name or service not known\>_

Other instances are throwing below mentioned exception.

_exception=\>#Redis::TimeoutError: Connection timed out\>_

Both these errors indicate network issues that are hard to debug remotely.
