What is the value of the CPU usage reported by the windows task manager? From the tests I did it might be that the windows task manager has a different approach in calculating the cpu usage per process, so it shows a bit higher values for the cpu usage. ---

The CPU usage on the task manager was 20-30% for a very long time. ---
