# Magento 2 Connection Failure

Trying to connect from Magento 2 to the https://\*\*\*\*\*.elastic-cloud.com deployment of ElasticSearch but I get the **No nodes alive** message. I am running Magento 2.4.2 and I have checked the username and password are correct.
