I am getting this error when i am trying to give input as beats to logstash and elasticsearch as an output

Please don't post screenshots if you can use regular copy/paste of the text. The error that's preventing Logstash from starting is "cannot assign requested address". Is 10.249.69.144 the IP address of the Logstash box? It looks like you've picked the same port number (9600) as Logstash's management port which is a problem in itself, but if that was the only problem I'd expect you to get another error message.
