# Mapping elasticsearch to hive table

i can map hive table to elasticsearch by specifying the ES storage handler but i want to do the reverse, i want to map elasticsearch index with n existing hive table , is it possible? also can that hive table be in ORC partitioned bucketed format ?  
any examples would do
