# Measure throughput of interfaces in a machine, it is posible with any agent?

it is posible to get the throughput of each interface in a machine? I was looking for it in packetbeat exported fields but I didn't find anything.

Metricbeat measures bytes in/out per network interface with the system module.

It does this by default

They are counters so when you want to visualize as say MB/s us a counter rate in Lens and break down by network name
