# Metricbeat 7.3.1 not delete

hello guys
i just installed the new metricbeat 7.4.0,but when i opend the metric i have this error:
shards failed and the name for the old version metricbeat
infact i see in the index managemente the old version 7.3.1 but i can't delete it
i tried this command:
curl -X DELETE '[http://localhost:9200/index\*](http://localhost:9200/index*)
the index deleted but after 2second the index happear and works
can you help me for to delete this agent?

I think the old version Is in conflict Whit a new release now i must go inserti Red life for not have the problem if i try ti delete It the issue appear.i also tried to delete the node, but the same issue
