# Metricbeat CEPH module using ceph-restful api (nautilus release)

Hi, Somebody is using the Metricbeat **Ceph** module to collect some of **Ceph** statistics and sending it to ElasticSearch?

This Topic is more or less the same as the previous one:  
'[Metricbeat Ceph stats collection breaks for Ceph Mimic release](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/metricbeat-ceph-stats-collection-breaks-for-ceph-mimic-release/137496)  
As already mention in the previous topic the **_ceph-rest-api_** is completely replaced by **_ceph restful plugin_** as part of the **Ceph mgr** module.

Any feedback will be appreciated.
