# Metricbeat kubernetes volumes type

Metricbeat is providing numbers for volumes in my cluster. However, I find it hard to determine what type a volume is as this data is missing from the [fields](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/current/exported-fields-kubernetes.html#_volume). Would it be possible to add the type field too? E.g. PV, ConfigMap, HostPath, etc.
