is there a way to get the version of the processes that metricbeat gathers with the system's module? or do I need to use a different module?, I'm trying to get all the information about the executable file running at an specific point in time.

thanks

Thanks for reaching out. I don't see [system.process](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/current/exported-fields-system.html#_process_5) collect version related fields or [add\_process\_metadata](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/current/add-process-metadata.html) processor. System module doesn't really collect metrics about individual executable itself.

Yeah, do you mind creating a github issue for enhancement to describe your use case with a bit more detail please? Thanks!!
