# Metricbeat: System Call Level Is Not Correct

I'm having trouble using the windows module. When trying to use the module a json with the following error message is returned: **The system call level is not correct**.

My operating system is Windows Server 2003 (32-bit). The version of Metricbeat is 7.4.0.

I know that the version of Windows Server in question is not officially supported, however, if someone has found a solution and can share it, it will certainly be of great value.
