I have been trying to install Metricbeat (7.16.3) on a Windows 10 system and can't seem to get any file system information. It was running fine for a while but I needed to reinstall it and can't get it working properly again.

Error messages are as follows:

```auto
|2022-01-31T12:27:42.705-0600|ERROR|module/wrapper.go:259|Error fetching data for metricset system.fsstat: filesystem list: GetAccessPaths failed: failed to get list of access paths for volume '\\?\Volume{2d8ef6be-b9a4-11e8-9c5a-0019860014e4}\': GetVolumePathNamesForVolumeNameW failed to get needed buffer length: The system cannot find the file specified.|
```

I tried having the service log in as an administrative user (as indicated in my original posting [here](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/metricbeat-windows-not-finding-any-file-systems-to-report-the-system-cannot-find-the-file-specified/206316), but that doesn't seem to be working. Some posts I've found mentioned that there was a bug causing this in earlier versions, but I'm trying to confirm if this is still an issue
