# Microsoft SQL Integration

There was an integration done for Microsoft SQL through localhost:1433, but it kept on throwing an error

cannot access method/field [metrics] from a null def reference

I am trying to understand what is this error.

Hello @linuschewpet ,  
Have you been able to test the connection to Microsoft SQL independently using, for example, an SQL client? The idea is to ensure that the connection is okay.
