We'd like to migrate our cluster servers from EST to UTC and have a few questions:

- Should we do the entire cluster at once or can it be a progressive change? Can one cluster have nodes on different time-zones or is that asking for trouble?
- Should nodes be restarted?

Thank you in advance for your time.
