Hello.
Here is my needs:
i want move all indexes from cluster to single server ( to cleanup cluster ),
is it possible to add this standalone server to cluster for migration ? and how to specify that cluster should move all indexes/shards to this standalone ?

Thank you.

The easiest way might be to use [snapshot and restore](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/5.4/modules-snapshots.html#modules-snapshots).

Unfortunately right now i don't have free space on servers or any other storage for backup.

Depending on the data volumes involved, you might be able to take the snapshot to S3 and restore it from there.
