# Missing response option in transaction section

Hi all,

in above image as highlighted, i can see only request in dropdown. how can i unable response option?  
basically inside Observability -\> APM -\>Services -\>service\_name -\> Transactions-\> specific transaction

in Trace sample i an see multiple records, how to find the specific one. suppose if i have request\_id coming in response body, then may be i can search it(i tried the same but not working).  
how to solve this?
