Hi,
the reason i'm trying elastic is that i have in my company a lot of "tickets", i want to have the ability to search ticket that similar to another ticket.
so i loaded most of the tickets to the elastic, all the text is in one filed. i tried to run "mlt", the resault wasn't so good. even the same ticket was found in ver low score.
should i do it other way ?

Yaron
