# Modeling non-tokenized text fields

Hi,

While reading the App Search documentation, I was unable to find out how to model text fields that should not be tokenized/analyzed (e.g. ISBN numbers)? How should these be modeled in App Search?

Hey there --

You can choose which fields you search through: [https://swiftype.com/documentation/app-search/api/search/search-fields](https://swiftype.com/documentation/app-search/api/search/search-fields).

In this case, your text field which contained the ISBN numbers would not be a field through which you'd search. You can also calibrate these settings within [Relevance Tuning](https://swiftype.com/documentation/app-search/guides/relevance-tuning), choosing which fields are searched by default and their various weighting.
