# Modify index naming in ILM

Hello guys,  
Is it possible to modify index naming in clustered environnement when using Automatic rollover in ES / Kibaba (7.11.2), I used myindex-000001 on monthly basis/max size conditions and would prefer myindex-(yyyy-mm-dd)-000000x without bootstraping again or do I need to delete index? Thanks 🙂

We aren't all guys 🙂

ILM doesn't allow that. The date in the index is the time that the policy first created the index pattern.
