Using the file plugin to output processed data to a .gzip file. I am using the time in YYYYMMdd-H format to create a new file every hour. However, the hour that is being used is UTC time. Is it possible to pull the hour for the timezone I am in?

Example: current time is 11:00 AM, file is being timestamped with 5:00 PM.
