# Monitoring Elasticsearch with metricbeats 7.9.2

I followed the steps to switch to metricbeat monitoring but still not working in kibana: [Metricbeat quick start: installation and configuration | Metricbeat Reference [7.9] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/7.9/metricbeat-installation-configuration.html)

metricbeat-\* index pattern exists  
elasticsearch node data appears in discover for node 3  
cluster settings were changed

What elase needs to be done?
