# Monitoring not showing all nodes

Hi,

This is a followup question for [Monitoring -\> Elasticsearch -\> Nodes - no data nodes(](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/monitoring-elasticsearch-nodes-no-data-nodes/167321/21).

I have 15 nodes in my cluster, but the Monitoring -\> Elasticsearch -\> Nodes is only showing master nodes.

The strange thing is that the "nodes" XHR call show that there are 15 nodes in total, but only includes detailed information about the 3 master nodes: ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/elastic/original/3X/4/e/4e0fea083f5091a1cc21cd9075eff6de84eb152f.png)
