Hi,
I'm moving from Solr to Elastic and learning a lot about this great product.
I've couple of questions regarding search and I would like to get your guidance.

In Solr I user to have phonetic and soundex search on items.
For example if I've item with 'what is the cost of iphone 6' I get result even if I'm searching 'what is the cost of ifone'.
In addition how I can implement synonyms in Elastic?

thank you in advance,
Moshe

The following sections of the documentation should get you started:

- [Typoes and Mispelings | Elasticsearch: The Definitive Guide [2.x] | Elastic](http://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/guide/current/fuzzy-matching.html)
- [Synonyms | Elasticsearch: The Definitive Guide [2.x] | Elastic](http://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/guide/current/synonyms.html)

You can also have a look at the [phonetic plugin](https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-analysis-phonetic).
