# Multiline: flush downstream error. NullPointerException

Hey guys, did someone get the similar errors? I found a few topics here but they are not helpful.  
Logstash version is 5.2.2

14:45:11.380 [nioEventLoopGroup-4-1] ERROR logstash.codecs.multiline - Multiline: flush downstream error {:exception=\>java.lang.NullPointerException}  
14:45:11.563 [nioEventLoopGroup-4-1] ERROR logstash.codecs.multiline - Multiline: flush downstream error {:exception=\>java.lang.NullPointerException}

issue still exists...  
upd: logstash is running in the docker (official docker image)
