ELK 7.17.3 , KIBANA : 7.17.3

I have created Kibana Dashboards - there is a Average CPU Utilization dashboard for Application servers - the graph shows 350 or 250 percentage for cpu . which is quite confusing .

I would like to keep the Average CPU utilization under 100 percentage. how could i get this number in my Kibana dashboard.

I am using the field "System.cpu.total.pct
Aggregate - Average

any help will be appreciated
