I know its not the official Beats release, but is there a definition in the yml config to specify additional config yml's ? I am trying to create config files with the "Hostname" of the destination box since every nagios check states its from the beats.hostname

I believe it only takes one. Consider opening a PR requesting this feature if you need it however.
