Hi is there any way to get the contribution (in percentage or score) to the final score of each named queries in a hit? Thank you.

Did you try the explain parameter?

Yes I did. Is there no better way than to parse the Explanation descriptions? Anything like an assigned score to each named query?

I don't think so. May be we can add the name if the query if provided in the explain output (if it's not the case yet)? @jpountz Is it doable? Is that something we would like to support?

This is doable. I opened a feature request to get it discussed: [https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/issues/29606](https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/issues/29606).
