Hi @AlexLWei,

Which Java JDKs do you have installed on the non-working machine versus working machine in addition to the bundled JDK?

There is a similar issue [here](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/unrecognized-vm-option-useconcmarksweepgc/254534/2) suggesting that it's down to the JDK version.
