Hi Team,

I have one use case where i want to collect the fileserver information like Number of Unique Files, File Meta data (like file size, creation\_date , modified time etc) and number of users etc.

Is there any way to collect these info from file server and index into the elasticsearch?

Thanks,
Rohan

I did a funny experiment some time ago. Might be useful for you: [http://david.pilato.fr/blog/2015/12/10/building-a-directory-map-with-elk/](http://david.pilato.fr/blog/2015/12/10/building-a-directory-map-with-elk/)

Well... We welcome community beats 🙂

Dunno if @monica's team has plans around this though.
