**Kibana version** : 7.5.2

**Elasticsearch version** : 7.5.2

**APM Server version** : 7.5.2

**APM Agent language and version** : .Net Framework Full

**Fresh install or upgraded from other version?** : Fresh install

**Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior. Please include screenshots (if relevant)**:
We installed the Elastic.Apm.AspNetFullFramework package and added the module and URL to the web.config. However, no data is coming in and I don't know where I can find logging for this.

Hi,

There is another thread with similar things, this comment has a link that shows how to send the APM Agent logs to your existing logging infrastructure: [How to configure APM of elastic search in ASP.NET Framework?](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/how-to-configure-apm-of-elastic-search-in-asp-net-framework/216086/5)

The issue is that there is no data coming to our Elastic/Kibana. I thought that with the ASPNetFullFramework package and including the module in web.config, data would automatically be collected and sent. Is this false?
I hoped to be able to use Elastic as APM alternative to New Relic, with New Relic, everything is collected automatically.

No, your statement is correct. I suspect there is some config mismatch going on. Can you maybe direct the agent logs to a logging system as described in the other thread and show it to us?

Alternatively, if you could show me the agent configs from the web.config I could also doublechekc that (make sure to not post `secrettoken`).
