# Netflow issue

Hey all i cannot get Netflow to come in. This is my error in logstash.log

{:timestamp=\>"2017-09-20T12:14:58.043000-0400", :message=\>"Unsupported field", :type=\>244, :length=\>1, :level=\>:warn}  
{:timestamp=\>"2017-09-20T12:14:58.044000-0400", :message=\>"No matching template for flow id 260", :level=\>:warn}  
{:timestamp=\>"2017-09-20T12:15:00.046000-0400", :message=\>"Unsupported field", :type=\>244, :length=\>1, :level=\>:warn}  
{:timestamp=\>"2017-09-20T12:15:00.046000-0400", :message=\>"No matching template for flow id 260", :level=\>:warn}
