# Netflow Module sends null fields

Hello, this is an elastic stack newbie.
I am trying to monitor the interfaces of my Palo Alto through the NetFlow module. At first it seems that logs arrive, but all the fields related to NetFlow (for example the netflow.interface\_name field) do not have any type of information.
I am only using Filebeat (with the netflow module), elasticsearch and kibana all in the most recent version.
