We are tracking an issue for a SIP parser: [https://github.com/elastic/packetbeat/issues/152](https://github.com/elastic/packetbeat/issues/152)

No immediate plans, so pull requests are welcome 😄

Right now you'd have to look at the code to figure out how to add a protocol, but we are also working on a contributor guide for adding protocols, which should be out in the next couple of months.
