Hello,

You can further customize your search results in Kibana using [queries and filters](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/packetbeat/current/kibana-queries-filters.html). This link comes from the packetbeats docs but it's a good intro to the concepts. Using these features in a dashboard with maybe a word cloud and any other visualizations you find helpful could work well for NLP.

We also have a [blog article](https://www.elastic.co/blog/text-classification-made-easy-with-elasticsearch) related to working with NLP using elasticsearch in case it's useful.

Regards,
Aaron
