# No logs sent from Logstash to Elasticsearch. Failed to create monitoring even

Hi

I am having the error : 017-02-14T12:51:07,865][ERROR][logstash.inputs.metrics] Failed to create monitoring event {:message=\>"For path: events", :error=\>"LogStash::Instrument::MetricStore::MetricNotFound"}"

I ve added "action.auto\_create\_index: .security,.monitoring\*,.watches,.triggered\_watches,.watcher-history\*,.logstash\*  
" to the elasticsearch.yml

I have my logstash\_internal usernames \>\> but I still have the problem. I did the --log.level=debug flag, and I have the enclosed result.

Kindly help me in this regard
