# No Record found in Data Grid

I am using Data Grid.

I have 7 fields. If any of the fields does not have data then will full data grid have warning like "No Record Found" ?

Or Other field will get displayed which will have data ?

You have 2 choices when you select multiple fields:  
Either only result having this 7 fields will be displayed  
Or all results that have at least 1 of these fields.

You can change this behavior (default one is the 1st) by checking `Show partial rows` in data grid options.  
As you want the 2nd one I suppose, just select this option and it will be good. If the result does not have this field, it will only remain empty and still display other selected fields
