# No results displayed because all values equal 0

I have installed Elastiflow 4.0.0 via [https://github.com/robcowart/elastiflow](https://github.com/robcowart/elastiflow) but I got messages "No results displayed because all values equal 0" in all tabs of Elastiflow as attached file. So how could I fix this issue and I do not know what is the problem. Could anyone help me.

Hi,  
Elastiflow is a third-party plugin for elastic and we don't support it directly.  
Please try to reach the author for that plugin creating an issue here [https://github.com/robcowart/elastiflow/issues](https://github.com/robcowart/elastiflow/issues)

Just as a suggestion, try to increase the timerange a bit, you probably don't have data in that time range. Also try to specify the fields required on the 3 dropdown list on the dashboard (Flow Exporter, client, serve) these are probably required
