**Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior. Please include screenshots (if relevant)**:
we want to instrument quarkus apps within an container with the -javaagent flag.
(elastic-apm-agent-1.45.0.jar)
apm version 7.17.0

we receive the jvm metrics in apm , but no transaction / spans .
How to make the tranasctions/traces visible in the apm appllication ?

**Steps to reproduce** :
our configurtion (container-env)

```auto
-e ELASTIC_APM_SERVICE_NAME=MYPROJECT \
-e ELASTIC_APM_ENVIRONMENT=myenv \
-e ELASTIC_APM_SERVICE_NODE_NAME=<node_name> \
-e ELASTIC_APM_HOSTNAME=<node_name> \
-e ELASTIC_APM_SERVER_URL=https://<ip>:8200 \
-e ELASTIC_APM_VERIFY_SERVER_CERT=false \
-e ELASTIC_APM_APPLICATION_PACKAGES=* \
Hi, the Elastic Java APM agent doesn't currently have instrumentation for Quarkus, the [tech we support is listed here](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/apm/agent/java/current/supported-technologies-details.html).
If Quarkus instrumentation is essential for you, I would recommend using the OpenTelemetry agent, and pointing at your Elastic APM server, [we fully support that](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/apm/guide/current/open-telemetry.html) configuration
