I'm seeing this warning in my elastic client thousands of times over.
What's causing it?

"node null not part of the cluster Cluster [some cluster name], ignoring..."

I've checked using elastic head that the node in the cluster are as my
clients expect and it seems fine.

Found the problem. The cluster name that the client uses was wrong. Could
we get a better error message on line 422 of TransportClientNodesService ?
