# Not able to access Lab in Strigo

I am not able to access lab in Elastic learning portal as the Strigo says I am logged in but not able to access. I need access as soon as possible as I dont have much time. HELP

Hello @Deepthi.KS

As per the error message please try to login to Strigo with the email id used to enroll the SIEM training.  
Please check this if error still persists or send an email to training id.
